This page is used to inform the users of the “mailCalendar” system about our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, if anyone decided to use this system. None of the data send through the system is accessed by us, ever.
The email sending your calendar details is encrypted by a password that you specify and will be decrypted once it is received.
I strongly recommend that you setup SSL encryption when subscribing with your device to read the calendar.
This will ensure that your calendar data is as secure as possible.
There is no data collection ongoing from our side, not personal and not anonymous.
Our servers are located in Denmark, Europe and therefore your data is protected by the European GDPR law.
Your Responsibilities
You need to ensure that you have the consent of all names that are listed in the calendar you are sending to us.
You are also responsible for being authorized to use our services by the company that your calendar email address belongs to.
Limitations
The calendar events handled here are all without any attachments. As we see it these attachments are not necessary in order to participate in a meeting or knowing your schedule.
Advertising
The system does not contain ads and the system itself is free of any advertising and will always be free of advertising.
Changes
We are striving to improve the “mailCalendar” service and as such granting more and more features, privacy and security. Whilst it is our goal to provide you the best and most secure way of using these features we can’t guarantee that we won’t do any mistakes. Therefore we are not taking any liability or responsibility for errors done by the system, yourself in connection to the system or by us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will inform you about such changes via the system itself and by continued usage of the system you agree to these updated privacy policies.
